Jakarta- Laporan akhir tahun Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) diketahui dari bulan Januari-Oktober 2008, pada Konferensi Nasional Pemberantasan Korupsi (KNPK), jumlah uang yang dikembalikan dari kasus korupsi sebanyak Rp 404.359.831.863 yang telah disetorkan kepada negara.

rincian jumlah tersebut, sebanyak Rp 12.179.673.036 dikembalikan kepada kas daerah yang menjadi korban keganasan para koruptor. Diantaranya Pemkab Kutai Kertanegara sebanyak Rp 4.006.185.147, Pemprov kaltim sebesar Rp 2.675.000.000.

KPK pun menyetorkan uang pendapatan jasa lembaga keuangan dan pendapatan gratifikasi sebanyak Rp 3.692.416.653.

Beberapa perkara korupsi yang sudah memiliki hukum yang tetap sudah diputuskan adalah kasus marka up APBD dan korupsi pengadaan mobil pemadam kebakaran di Medan yaitu Ramli Lubis mantan walikota medan. Ramli dijatuhi hukuman 4 tahun penjara serta denda Rp 200 juta. dan membayar ganti rugi RP 6,9 miliar.

Terpidana lainnya akan segera divonis adalah mantan Sekda Bintan Azirwan. Majelis hakim Tipikor telah memvonis Al-Amin nasution tersebut dengan pidana penjara selama 2,5 tahun serta denda Rp 100 juta.

KPK pun melaporkan 36 upaya penuntutan selama tahun 2008. Enam diantaranya adalah sisa perkara tahun 2007 yang telah kasasi dan banding.

KPK saat ini melakukan penyidikan 51 perkara puluhan tersangka dari berbagai instansi pemerintah. nama-nama tersebut yang terbaru adalah Aulia Pohan (besan SBY), serta beberapa konco-konconya Bun Bunan EJ Hutapea, Maman Somantri serta Aslim Tadjuddin dalam kasus aliran dana BI.

Tahun 2008 menjadi tahun -prestatif bagi KPK. Selain ‘tegar’ mengusut Tikus kelas kakap, KPK juga mengembalikan ratusan miliar rupiah uang korupsi ke kas negarab dan daerah. (detiknews)
